Is it possible to setup my server with either RAID 1 or 0 on 2 disks and add another 2 disks later and alter to RAID 10 without loosing DATA??

Unfortunately no one makes a RAID 1/10 implementation that can grow without doing a rebuild. Few make it with other RAID levels but no one, of which we know, does it with RAID 1/10.
